DIY FILES:: GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI GLITTER BOOTS

These Giuseppe Zanotti glitter boots are gorrrgeous and clearly a must-have to add pizzazz to any look. But is that pizzazz worth $895? Perhaps not. Thus a diy is born, and all it takes is a pair of ankle boots, spray glue, and lots of glitter! Any color glitter would work, just make sure the glue you choose dries clear.

Mask off the heels and any sections that you want to keep black, then cover the leather part of the shoe with a thick layer of glue. Coat the shoes in a very thick layer of glitter and let dry. Done!

WHAT I WORE:: BEFORE THE BLIZZARD

What I wore this weekend. Apparently a blizzard is coming through Sydney tomorrow, 90k gale force winds - woohoo! Looks like there will be no more dresses and bare legs for a while. Oh yea and this is my new shorter hair, not so new anymore and it's actually grown out quite a bit. Old news. Hope you're all having a fabulous long weekend!

EDITORIAL:: ERIN + 4TH

Perfect fishtail braid? Perhaps. I hope you've all had a wonderful 4th of July! I also hope that I can look like this this summer - sequined shorts with a light knit sweater, summer dress with cons, leather shorts with a baseball T. Kind of perfect.
Does anyone else feel like they've seen this Wasson editorial before? I do. There are multiple eds that come to mind of Erin Wasson kicking around in boots in an old house and styled with the same feel (exhibits A, B, C). Don't get me wrong I think she plays the part perfectly and I can't get enough but, it'd be nice to see her glammed up in some couture for a change. Just sayin.
